It is a busy time for the BACS Program Support Society (PSS) and we wanted to send a reminder for our Holiday Fundraiser and also we have a number of volunteer opportunities available for our upcoming Craft Sale.
HOLIDAY FUNDRAISER DEADLINE
First off – don’t forget that the order deadline for the Holiday Fundraiser is next week – November 1st! This fundraiser contributes greatly to our kids, and we have been able to do amazing things in the past with the help of our BACS family's support.
The full details of the fundraiser including the link to the order form can be found here. Please read through the full instructions before ordering. The hard copy order forms are to help you keep track of the orders you are collecting but your final order MUST be completed through the online order form.
Important dates to note:
- Final orders are due by 6 pm on November 1, 2023.
- Pick-up is currently scheduled for November 28, 2023.
- An email will be sent out after November 1 for you to sign up for specific pick-up times and the pick-up location. Orders MUST be picked up on the specified pick-up date.

CHRISTMAS CRAFT SALE – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED AND LIMITED VENDOR TABLES AVAILABLE
The BACS Christmas Craft Sale is on Sunday, November 5 from 10 am – 3 pm in the BACS Gym. We have a number of volunteer positions available including set-up on November 4 from 6 pm – 8 pm and during the craft sale on November 5 (9:30 am – 4 pm). If you are interested in volunteering for a shift, please email Stefanie Dawson at email@example.com.
